The sea surface of Starfall Sea No. 13 Subarea was ablaze with lights from the large luxury magical mechanical ship.

“That deep sea demon must possess considerable intelligence. Having noticed the numerous sailing ships above the surface, it might have already left this subsea region,” the wizard who lingered in front of the underwater cave earlier suggested.

The old man referred to as Sir Bower was skinny and short, with a pointed chin and small eyes perched above which were round glasses.

Flanking him were two maids whose figures could rival that of strong men.

Compared to the two of them, Bower appeared as frail as a chick.

If Noland Lee were here using “Mind View,” he would definitely recognize this old man called Bowles as the Mantas Family housekeeper who loved to be attended by robust maids while surreptitiously pilfering his master’s money.

“Hmph…” Bower grunted and took a towel handed over by one of the maids, wiping the beads of sweat on his forehead and the bridge of his nose.

As he returned the towel, he casually groped the maid’s sturdy hand.

The robust maid threw him a flirtatious look laced with brawniness…

“The complexity of the underwater cave is no excuse for your negligence,” Bowles mused and then declared, “Tell the people below to set up the underwater barrier nets now, and send more hands to stand guard underwater. If the banquet on board is disrupted because of you, I will throw you all into the sea to feed the deep sea demons! Do you hear me?!”

“Yes, Sir..”

“Yes, yes, Sir..”

“We’ll do it right away…”

The Mantas wizards bowed and nodded, watching Sir Bower leave with the robust maids by his side.

Once Bower was far enough away, the Mantas wizards cursed under their breaths, scorn visible on their faces.

“Damned beast…”

“A man who devours without spitting out bones…”

“If it weren’t for Yorksim protecting him, what would he amount to…”

“Let’s go, forget about that bastard. Let’s hurry up and get the underwater barrier net in place.”

Grumbling, the group of Mantas wizards cast flight spells and departed the luxury magical mechanical ship.
