Nicole bit her lip tightly and said with embarrassment, “Do you want me to go to the Goodwin family and throw myself at Andrew? And then tell him that I’m pregnant with his child?”

Rose was stumped.

She frowned and pondered for a while.

Nicole complained in a low voice. “Andrew will be so confused and think I’m shameless. And didn’t Dad say that the Goodwin family is sorting out a marriage for him? I heard that Andrew’s father thinks very highly of Joy Linetti. If I approach him….. won’t I just be throwing myself at him? How humiliating!”

After a pause, she curled her lips and continued, “Besides, he won’t believe that I’m pregnant with his child. We met only a few times and never had an intimate moment. It’s impossible for me to conceive his baby. He’ll think my words are ridiculous! Even his family might suspect me… I can’t go through with this…”

Rose didn’t realize what Nicole was thinking. She paused and then shared her plan with Nicole.

Since Andrew frequented nightclubs and bars, she would arrange for people to secretly intoxicate or drug him before taking him to the hotel and letting him spend the night in the same room as Nicole.

Then things fell into place.

Those people would do something to trick Andrew into believing he had sex with Nicole. In the worst–case scenario, Nicole would have sex with him to make it seem more real. In short, they had to spend the night together.

When Andrew woke up the next morning and saw Nicole, he naturally would think that they slept while he was drunk.
