Chapter 40: I Won't Be Angry If You Give Me a Kiss Again
"Isn't there Prince Charming by your side?" After saying this, Hanna hung up immediately.
Maisy stared at the black mobile phone screen and narrowed her eyes. She was sure about that Hanna
did it on purpose. She looked up at Austin, seeing that his handsome face was cold and hard. His thin
lips were still pressed tightly. The whole body faintly exuded frightening chill.
She frowned and hesitated whether to go up to him or not. If she went up to him, it was only her and
him, which would make her feel embarrassed.
Just when she hesitated, Austin stood up, then checked out and left.
"Hey..." Seeing him leave, Maisy chased after him out without thinking too much.
"Wait..." Seeing Austin was about to get into his car, she immediately rushed in front of him.
Austin's deep eyes narrowed slightly. He looked at the little woman who rushed to him. His thin lips
pressed lightly and his tone was indifferent, "What’s the matter?"
Maisy panted slightly because of the trot. The slender eyelash trembled because of the panting. Her
delicate face was slightly reddish which was more delicate and lovely.
Austin's deep black eyes locked her tightly, but his indifferent eyes softened a bit.
"I..." Maisy looked at Austin. Just when she was about to say something, she caught a glimpse of Alex
coming out with Scarlett.
She smiled, "I want you to drive me home back."
Immediately, she opened the door of the passenger seat and sat in.
Upon seeing this, Austin narrowed his eyes. He looked at her deeply, then he got into the car, stepped
on the accelerator and left.
On the way back, Austin kept driving without making a sound. His thin lips pressed tightly, and a faint
air of coldness exuded from his body.
Maisy seemed to feel the coldness, so she just sat quietly. From time to time, she glanced at the
handsome man beside her.
Seeing that he had not spoken, Maisy frowned. Was he still angry?
She asked, "Are you still angry?"
Austin did not answer to her, but continued to drive the car. Just when Maisy thought he would not
answer her, he suddenly stepped on the brakes and leaned in close to her, "Do you care?"
The fresh breath that belonged to him came to her nose. Maisy was startled. Her breathing was slightly
fast. She stared at him confusedly, "What cares?"
Austin leaned closer to her a few more points until it almost got close to her nose, and then he asked in
a low voice, "Do you care if I am angry or not?"
The two were too close. When he spoke, the breath exhaled between his lips and teeth sprayed on
Maisy's face. The itchy feeling made her inexplicably nervous.
Her slender eyelash trembled slightly. She looked down, "It has nothing to do with whether I care. I took
advantage of you, so it is necessary to apologize to you..." Content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.
Speaking of this, she paused. Her bright eyes stared at his handsome face, and continued, "Actually,
you didn’t suffer any losses. I gave you a kiss! It should be offset."
Austin narrowed his eyes slightly. He stared at her slightly reddish and beautiful face. His black eyes
seemed to be a little brighter than before.
His white and slender fingers stroked her pink and seductive lips gently. His breath was a bit hot. His
voice was hoarse and seductive, "If you give me a kiss again, I won't be angry."
The scorching temperature between his fingertips reached to her lips. Maisy met his bright and
charming eyes. Her breathing was stagnant. Her heart beat so fast. But the reason helped her make a
decision. She refused, "No, I am married. In name, I am your sister-in-law. We shouldn’t be like this."
After saying this, she felt a little regretful and then looked up at Austin. Austin’s handsome face was still
indifferent, and the enchanting black eyes became darker and darker, making it hard for others to
understand his emotions.
