“You only need to oversee operations; the team will handle the day-to-day. Plus, Raymond can assist you. If it becomes too much, we could even consider stepping away from Freguson and Warren Groups. Nothing is more crucial than your well-being, and ultimately, managing EB Group means keeping it in the family,” Bryan explained, his voice full of conviction as if he had considered all angles.

Despite his thorough planning, the truth remained that his injuries required a significant recovery period, during which EB Group would indeed need leadership.
