Alpha's Second Chance

Chapter 0320

NOAH

"Who are you to tell me what is right or wrong? I can't use him if he cannot speak. And why would I let him take packmembers away. When I can give them something better than a broken man." The Alpha says, standing up.

"We might be wolves in a world with leaders, but we are not dictators. Wolves are

a free race. No matter what rank we have, we are free." Dad says.

"Says the king, the one ruling over us all." The Alpha sneers at Dad, getting aggressive.noveldrama

"I might be the king, but I have never abused that power. And I never would. And as the king, as the royal family, we cannot ignore when someone is treated wrong." Dad says.

The Alpha growls, and I see his intentions fast but not fast enough. He moves fast, faster than he should have been able to, with direction towards Madeleine and the she-wolf. But he never reaches them, a shield surrounding them. The Alpha collided with the shield and was thrown back, landing on the floor.

I look at Madeline, then the Alpha, who has frozen in shock, and I walk over to him. I grab him, pull him up, force him on his knees.

"Alpha Hudson, You have acted abusively and forcefully wrongly to your packmembers. You have forced two mates apart, trying to ruin their bond made by the moon goddess. You do not deserve to be called Alpha." I sneer, angry that he could have tried attacking Madeleine.

"Yet I am an Alpha, and there is nothing you can do about that. Not even the king can take my rank. Not without killing me, and that would not look good, would it?" Alpha Hudson says and chuckles.

"You are right. My dad, the king of America, cannot take your rank. But I can be the king of kings, the king of every supernatural being. Alpha Hudson of the Crimson Pack, I remove you as Alpha and strip you from your rank. The pack members of the Crimson pack will be moved to the royal pack unless they wish to go elsewhere. And you, you will become a rouge." I say as I feel the power take over my words and make them a reality.

Hudson screams in pain as we see the aura and power of an Alpha being ripped from him. Then it was over, and he was lying on the floor gasping for air. Dad told two warriors to lead him outside the borders, and they dragged him out.

I looked back at Madeleine and saw the shield was gone. Mom moved to the she- wolf, took her hands, and helped her stand.

"It's over, Grace. You are free, and so is your family." Mom says gently.

"What about Leon? I do not know where he is. I can't feel him." She says sadly.

"We know where Leon is. He is safe, but we cannot reach him right now. We will explain soon, I promise." Mom says as they sit on the chairs.

"I stayed faithful but pushed him away, and over time, he came too close. He knew he couldn't force a mark on me when I was alreadyè marked. He refused to sleep in the same bed, but he was starting to become me more persistent do not know how long I would have been able to keep him away. So thank you.” Grace says and cries.

"You are a brave woman to fight for yourself and your matebond. We will find a place for you to stay until your family arrives. And I promise you we will do all we can to get you reunited with Leon." Dad says, and she looks at him.

"He is with the rouges, isn't he? The ones who attack all those packs." She asks, and Dad looks at her seriously.

"I won't lie to you, so yes, he is. But of anyone, understand him being banished, separated from his mate his family. I think most would have done the same. So we don't judge him for his choice." Dad says, and she nods her head.

"He is a good man and always fought to keep the pack safe, as he did us. Helped

those who needed it." She cries.

"He does sound like a good man and

a good person. And I hope we can save his life; and I cannot give you a promise. It's important you understand that. But the one thing I can promise is we will try." Dad says, and she nods her head.

"I understand, thank you." She says sincerely and bows her head.

Mom took care of Grace and ensured she got to stay somewhere safe. Madeleine and I went back to our place in the castle, and we sat down on the couch.

"Are you okay?" I ask Madeleine as she comes close into my arms.

"Yes, it was just. Scary. But I am happy it is over. I do not know where the shield came from. But I am happy it came." She whispers tiredly

"It came from you, and I am happy it did. Must be one of those things you have not learned yet." I say, and she giggles.

"I guess so." She says, barely awake. She was tired, and I knew it had to be

because of the shield. So I just held her close and watched her fall asleep in my

arms.
