When Love Breaks (Josephine)

The person walking toward them was Ethan.

They actually meant well.

They did this because they could see the way Ethan looked at Josephine. The two of them looked good together as well. After their conversation with Josephine,

they figured that Josephine and Ethan were interested in each other.

Therefore, they said those things on purpose to help them get along better.

However, not only did they misunderstand the entire situation, but they had also exposed her.

Josephine sharply inhaled a breath of cold air and shook her hands in a frenzied manner. "It's not true. It's not like that.

However, since the three nurses had already achieved their goals, they walked away, leaving Josephine, who just stood there awkwardly. She did not move an inch.

Josephine's head drooped. "It really was them who misheard me."

"Save it!" Yvan flicked her forehead. "Forget about the prank. Don't I know what type of personality you have?

"You used to love pulling these pranks. Do you think I'd forget about that?"

Yvan would be fine if all she did was get a few laughs from pulling a prank on him. What made him really upset was the fact that she had told the nurses that Ethan was her boyfriend.

Was she stupid?

Not only did she not fix her bad habit of developing a crush on someone easily, but it had actually gotten worse. She was now even beginning to have delusions?

Even though he knew her well and that he was certain that she had

zero romantic interest in him from

the way she looked at Ethan, he was still not happy about it.

"I even went against my father and brother for you, and this is how you repay me?"

Hearing him say this made Josephine feel guiltier.

It did not matter how it went three years ago. During the past few days, Yvan had helped her a lot.

She owed him a huge favor. Even if she wanted to get revenge, she should target Zayn and Nadine. How could she drag Yvan into this?

"If I catch you pulling these lame pranks again, I won't let you off so easily next time."
